Workshop Leaders

After years of setting resolutions and giving up by February (or before!) in 2015 Keith and I both decided we were finally going to figure out how to go after and achieve big goals.  We weren't going to just promise ourselves to "eat better" or "get a good bonus" at work.  We were going to focus on where we wanted our lives and careers to go, and figure out how to get there.

Because we have such different approaches and goals, it took a lot of time and a ton of effort, but a few years ago, we realized we'd done it -- we have a system that works, not just for us, but for the people who've attended our webinars on goal achievement, who've taken our longer workshops on it, and who've read our goal achievement advice in media like Health magazine, Women's Running, NBC, and so many more.  After lots of requests, we've decided to share our system, which we call AGAF (no, not "Always Give A F***"). AGAF is the proprietary Apochromatik Goal Achievement Formula. You'll learn this and more during Achieve22! or what I call, Goal-a-pa-loo-za.

Join us in January for what we know can help you launch your 2022 success, just as it's done for us and our clients.
