• 1:2 Strategy Kickoff Session - Plan and set goals and accountability parameters in your individually customized Strategy Kickoff Session with both Keith and Amy. By the end of your personal 2 hour Kickoff Strategy Session, you will be ready to make the most out of WELL and out of your year.
• Certified Attorney Coaches - Don't waste your time with a coach who doesn't understands the legal field and/or doesn't have a certification in coaching. You'll schedule with the WELL coach(es) of your choice, allowing you to choose from Certified Professional Coaches with vast experience coaching attorneys, as well as the specialties (time management, personnel management, etc.) to help you excel.
• Customized - One size does not fit all. Through your coaching sessions, you’ll get the support and accountability you need to advance on your unique individual goals. Reduce your financial stress with 12 included 1:1 coaching sessions (1 hour/mo) at a fraction of the cost of typical coaching investments.
